The perfect Easter schedule to enjoy and study
Easter holidays are a necessary break, but also an ideal time to catch up. Want to do it all? You can. On this occasion, we delve into the Easter holiday period, a moment awaited by many to relax and disconnect from the academic routine. However, it is important to find a balance between rest and study, in order to catch up on what we have behind and face the last period of the course with recharged batteries.
The importance of rest and disconnection
Easter offers the perfect opportunity to recharge our energies and renew our motivation. It is important that we dedicate time to rest, relax and enjoy activities that make us feel good because, after this break, we are going to enter the last part of the course and it is good that we face it rested and eager. During these days, getting out of the academic routine and daily worries will help us disconnect, but it is not about disconnecting completely. We have to achieve our university eTítulo, so even if we slow down and get out of the routine, we should not stop everything if we do not want to lose the rhythm.Catching up with assignments and maintaining the study rhythm
During Easter, it is an ideal time to better organize our time more efficiently and catch up on something that we have left pending, either to progress in a subject in which we are not doing well or to advance or finish some pending work. Creating a schedule from the beginning of the holidays that includes time for rest, leisure and also for studying will prevent us from wasting daily time thinking about pending tasks. It is best to use an agenda or an app with a weekly planner and always have it in sight. The Pomodoro technique is an excellent tool for organizing our time while increasing our productivity and maintaining concentration during study. It consists of dividing study time into work intervals (generally from 25 minutes to one hour) followed by short breaks (5 to 10 minutes). This will help us maintain concentration and avoid mental fatigue.Enjoying Easter holidays and being productive
We must find a balance between leisure time and time dedicated to study. As we said, it is important to enjoy the holidays, but also to maintain the work rhythm so as not to lose the academic rhythm. As always, the ideal is in the middle ground and in rewarding ourselves when we achieve objectives. On the other hand, we are on vacation, so we must be flexible in terms of what we demand from ourselves during Easter. The ideal is that we take advantage of the optimal moments of concentration to study (generally about two hours after waking up) and that we enjoy the rest of the time. If we spend a couple or three hours a day with a day of rest in between, we will have made the most of these holidays.Let's see an example of a schedule to study and enjoy Easter
